Timelines for application vary depending on when a studetn begins contemplating a medical career to when you begin the application process. The entire process, from begining coursework to submitting an application, can take 3-6 years.

From the time you submit your AMCAS, AACOMAS, AADSAS, or VMCAS application (depending upon your program of choice), plan for at least 18 months until you enter your school of choice.
