Important Information about the online billing site (Please Read):
STUDENTS must sign up first.
STUDENTS will create a username and password when signing up. Please remember
this username and password, required every time you access site.
STUDENTS may invite others to view their online billing site. GO TO “MY
PROFILE” tab, click on invite other payer, type in Name, Email address
AND Email address of who you are inviting.
PARENTS who are invited into the site will now create their own username and
password. To do so, click the link in the email, click “New User? Sign
up Now! button. Enter in activation number (supplied in email) and Student ID#.
Enter in demographic data and create your own username and password. Please
remember this, as you will need it each time you access this site.
Online ACH (via Automated Clearing House - debit to checking or savings account) payments are available at no charge to our families, by clicking on "Make a Payment". You will need to provide your account number and routing number to complete a payment transaction OR use the new online ebill site to make an ACH payment.
We also offer a credit card option for our students and families via an IVR (Interative Voice Response) system. Click on Make a Payment and make note of the toll free number in case you need to use this option. Reminder: The IVR does not accept VISA and a convenience fee of 2.75% is assessed on each transaction.
