“We learn from our gardens to deal with the most urgent question of the time: How much is enough?”

-Wendell Berry

The CC Student Garden is a 1.3 acre organic permaculture garden managed by the Colorado College Farm Club. It is located at 1228 Wood Avenue, behind the Stewart House, and just off of the Monument Creek Trail. To learn more about the history of the garden please watch this short video, or visit how does our garden grow.

We grow all kinds of vegetables, have 10 chickens, bees, and an orchard. Nearly all of the things we grow go straight to Rastall dinning hall where everyone can enjoy the fruits of our labor.

In addition to growing things, we also put on events for Colorado College and the Colorado Springs community, like the Harvest Banquet, the Green and Bluegrass Festival, and the Pig Roast. Check out our programs page for details.
