This feature is available to students currently taking a psychology course or a course from a psychology professor at The Colorado College. It has been designed to make evaluations easy to complete and confidential. If you have any questions about the online course evaluation process, please see the contacts below (scroll down to end of page).
Before you can fill-out an evaluation, you must have received the evaluation password from your instructor. Enter your student ID (6 digits in length) and the password and select the course you are evaluating from the drop-down list. When you press the "Next" button, your ID and password will be verified and you will be transferred to the online course evaluation for your course.
When you have completed the course evaluation, you will click on the "Submit Evaluation" button on the same page (don't worry these instructions will be repeated on the course evaluation form page!). Once you have done this, your password will automatically be changed so that no one can submit an evaluation using your ID code. This also means that you will not be able to come back and resubmit an evaluation. Please answer the course evaluation thoughtfully, as you will not be able to change your responses once the evaluation has been submitted.
Depending on the environment options that are set on your browser, you may receive two browser alert notifications during this process. One will inform you that you are submitting information to the Internet and this information may not be kept private. This is the standard reminder that is displayed when any form is submitted on the Internet. Click on the OK button to proceed. The next notifcation will likely inform you that you are being transferred to a new Internet site. This is the standard reminder that is displayed when a site automatically loads a new page without you having to click on a link or type in a new URL. Again, click on the OK button to proceed. These notifications are designed to keep you aware of actions being taken by the web site you are visiting in order to protect your privacy. If you do not receive these notifications, don't worry! Your browser either doesn't have these security notifications in place or the environment options on your browser have been set so these messages won't be displayed. If you receive these notifications when pushing the "Next" button on this page, you will likely receive them again when you submit your course evaluation - again, ignore them and click OK to proceed with the submission.
