Instructions
Please provide information for one person per form. Copy the form as needed for additional registrations. Please submit a separate form for each guest who will participate in conference activities. Sponsors, please submit a separate form for each member of your group.
Registration Options
Delegates
Delegates who register and pay before Friday May 2, 2003 get the “early bird” discounted price of $275. Any registrations received after May 2, 2003 will be charged the full conference rate of $325. Any registrations requesting billing after July 1, 2003 will be billed at the full conference rate of $325. CUEMC will waive registration fees for speakers, limited to one person per presentation.
Sponsors
Sponsors must confirm their level of participation before registering.
Guests
Guests may participate in all conference activities (including sessions) by registering as a delegate. The total guest package includes breakfasts, lunches, and both social events. The “a la carte” guest option allows maximum choice.

Activities
Sunday night reception
This is our traditional reception at the conference hotel, featuring live country & bluegrass music, cash bar, and light buffet.
Monday evening event
Tour the United States Olympic Training Center, one of only three in the country. Meet athletes, take a tour, shop at the visitors’ center, and enjoy a buffalo steak cookout and a cash bar. They told us to tell you: “Bring your VISA card” for shopping!
For-fee extra activities (open to all registrants)
HAZWOPER refresher - Sunday, August 10
A two-hour classroom training session paired with a 6-hour online commitment, provided by the Hazardous Materials Training & Research Institute (HMTRI).
Professional Development seminars - Wednesday, August 13
Participation gives you access to four 90-minute workshops, plus breakfast and lunch. Topics include Legal Issues, Integrating Environmental Issues into Capital Construction, Energy & the Environment, and Sustainability. Read more about it here (HTML) or here (PDF)
Golf and Fly-fishing outings – Sunday, August 10
Colorado College Facilities Services staff will arrange these outings. Sign up to be on the mailing list for more information as details become available.
Certified Hazardous Material Manager prep course (August 13-15) and exam (August 16)
The Academy of Certified Hazardous Materials Managers is pleased to offer the prep course at a discount to conference registrants. Exam fees charged by the Institute are fixed. Checks
Attach checks payable to Colorado College to the registration form and mail to the conference administrator.
Credit Cards
Complete information on registration form, including signature, then fax or mail to the conference administrator.
“Send Bill”
At your request, CUEMC will bill delegates and guests after July 1, 2003. Delegates will be billed at the full conference rate of $325.
