Engaging Excellence: 2003 College & University Environmental Management Conference is very pleased to partner with the Antlers Adam's Mark hotel in downtown Colorado Springs as the conference venue and preferred lodging. This spacious and luxurious hotel will provide a marvelous location for our technical sessions and the networking that is so vital to our conference.
Visit the Antlers web site and see what a great property this is!
Staying at the Antlers helps the conference! Our contract with the Antlers gives us more conference space at lower prices if we have higher numbers of room reservations at the Antlers. Lower conference costs mean more conference amenities and a bigger "war chest" for Virginia Tech, the 2004 host.

You should make your reservation early, because our block of rooms in this popular hotel (at the height of tourism season) is limited. Make your reservations directly through the Adam's Mark reservation line (800)444-ADAM.
Be sure to refer to the "2003 College & University Environmental Management Conference" to get the conference room rate of $119. The conference room rate is available from August 8 through August 15. If you don't get the conference rate, or if there is any other problem, contact the Antlers directly at (719)473-5600, and ask for In House Reservations.
