View Addresses and Phones:
This section allows you to view your current addresses and phone numbers. The system tracks two types of addresses for everyone on campus: your campus address (CA) and your mailing address (MA). Although you can view your addresses as we currently have them in our system, you'll need to contact Human Resources at x6421 if you'd like to make a change.

View Emergency Contacts:
This section allows you to view your current emergency contacts as they are in the system. Emergency contacts are ordered by priority - thus, in the case of an emergency, the college will attempt to contact the first person listed. If the college cannot get ahold of that person, they will proceed to the next one down the line, etc. It is generally a good idea to have 2-3 emergency contacts. You can update your emergency contacts online.

Update Emergency Contacts:
This section allows you to update your emergency contacts online. You can edit a current contact (including the priority of that contact), create a new contact, or delete a contact. The initial screen looks like this:
To update one of your emergency contacts:
Click the hyperlinked name, update whichever fields you choose in the form that comes up, and then click "Submit Changes." (In this case, I just got married - hooray! - and so I'm going to update my Domestic Partner, Tiffany L. Robertson, by changing her relationship to spouse).

To add a new emergency contact:
Click the linked text "New Contact" below the other names and fill out the information.
Once I've added my father and hit submit, you'll notice it will take me back to my list of contacts to reflect the change.

To delete an emergency contact:
Perhaps now that I've added my father, I can take my grandmother out, for example. Click on the contact you'd like to delete as if you were modifying it. In the modification form screen, you'll notice a small checkbox at the top that says "Remove Contact." Click here to put a check in the box and then go to the bottom and "submit changes" to finalize the deletion.

After clicking "Submit Changes," it will take me back to the list of my contacts, and you'll notice that Erica Schafer is no longer listed, and it has moved John Schonewill to priority 2 to take her place.

Change your PIN:
Once you've clicked on "Change your PIN" you'll see the screen shown below. Enter your old PIN first, and then your new PIN twice (they make you do this to confirm it has been typed correctly). Once you click "Change PIN" that's it! You can log in with your brand new PIN next time.
* Note: your PIN number must be 6 characters (letters and/or numbers), no more, no less.

Change Your Security Question:
If you'd like to change your Security Question (which is the question it will ask you if you click the "Forgot PIN?" button on the login screen), this is the place to do it. It's important that your Security Question is something that only you know the answer to - otherwise, anyone that looked up your Employee ID number and knew the answer to your security question could gain access to all of your information. You also want to make sure the answer will not change.
So, a question such as "What is my first name?" would be a very bad security question because almost anyone would know the answer.
A question like "What is my age plus the number of socks I own?" is also a bad question because the answer will most certainly change.
A hokey example of a good question is "What is the last name of the person I secretly wished to date in seventh grade?" This question is good because the answer will never change and because (unless you were a hopeless gossip), no one but you should know the answer.
Once you've come up with a good question, click "Submit" to finalize the change.
*Tip: rather than making your question something for which you have to type in an answer, you can also make it a simple reminder such as "It's the first 4 digits of your Social, then your mother's middle initial, then your favorite letter of the alphabet" so that you don't have to go through the process of answering the question and changing your PIN - but it should still clue you in as to what that number is.
Remember to change your Security Question every time you change your PIN!
