Mission Statement


The Human Resources Department contributes to the educational mission of Colorado College by providing leadership and expertise in recruiting, developing, and retaining a skilled, productive, and diverse workforce.

Confidential information obtained, reviewed and/or prepared in connection with a request for a reasonable accommodation will be maintained separately from the staff or faculty member’s other employment records.  Information about such things as an individual’s impairment, disability, medical condition and status, request for a reasonable accommodation and the College’s response to the request shall be maintained as confidential information.  Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any individual except on a need to know basis.
