The Colket Student Learning Center at Colorado College offers students
the resources they need to succeed academically. Because of the intensity,
pace, and intellectual rigor of the Block Plan, the Colket Center was
established in 2002 to provide support programs that offer resources to
students across the disciplines. These resources include the Quantitative
Reasoning Center, the Colket Fellow in Reading and Rhetoric, and a Learning
Consultant who helps students identify their learning styles and develop
effective learning strategies. A collection of reference material that
helps students sharpen study skills and identify learning styles is available
for check out.
The Colket Student Learning Center was established by a generous gift
from Ruth M. and Tristram C. Colket, Jr., parents of Carolyn Cullen '91.
The Center is located in the Learning Commons in Tutt Library.
