Displaying information visually can help us form mental models that
aid in the communication of ideas (or research results) quite effectively.
Amazingly large amounts of data can be represented in a relatively
small space. Come to a "show and tell" of some fascinating,
and downright cool, websites which demonstrate the basic principles.
