What I do
As the liaison for the Natural Sciences and Education, I assist students, faculty and staff with their informational needs for the following disciplines:
Biology
Chemistry
Computer Science
Education
Environmental Science
Geology
Mathematics
Physics
Psychology
Sports Science
I also buy books and materials for the library and provide library instruction for classes in these areas.
Current Activities
Assisting the Education Department move their book collection to Tutt Library. We’ve created a new “Curriculum Room” for textbooks and materials teachers can use in the classroom. This is currently in Room 303 of the library. The other books from Mierow House are being incorporated into our general collection. Certain materials, like children’s books, kits, games, and videos and dvd’s are going to remain in Mierow House. Also some science and math materials are still there too.
