Designed, printed and bound by Brian Molanphy. A personal account of Ash Wednesday in New Orleans. The publication marked the completion of the author’s Master of Line Arts degree. Hand-set Johanna type with Michelangelo titles and Catich Trajan initials printed in several colors on ANW Mulberry paper, a handmade kozo paper. 1 linocut printed in red, originally from a broadside designed by James Trissel. Single signature binding is stab-sewn into handmade indigo flax paper wrappers (made by Molanphy), with title foil-stamped on cover. 28 pages. Edition of 70 copies. 8” x 6”.
