Liaison to Economics and Faculty Advisor
Daniel K.N. Johnson earned his Bachelor of Social Science at the University of Ottawa, a Master of Science in Economics at the London School of Economics, and his PhD at Yale University. He has won five National Science Foundation Awards for the Integration of Research and Education, and was awarded the 2003 Banco do Brasil Prize for the best economic analysis of that nation over the preceding two-year period. He served on the faculty at Wellesley College before moving to Colorado College, and has written 22 academic papers and book chapters alongside another ten commissioned pieces, almost all addressing issues of technological change.
