The college’s food service provider, Bon Appétit, specializes in sustainable food sourcing, preparation, service, and disposal. Local and organic foods make up approximately 45 percent of food expenditures. Bon Appétit initiated “trayless dining,” which reduced food and water waste. On the CC campus, Bon Appétit operates Rastall Dining Hall, Colorado Coffee, Benjamin’s, The Preserve, Local Goods, and Chas Coffee Cart.
