Dr. Wade's current book project, Mémoires Francophones d'Indochine is in progress and is funded in part through the MacArthur Fellowship.
Dr. Wade is the director of the Cultural Studies in Senegal program taught in Senegal.

Language including Elementary, Intermediate and Advanced French Literature Francophone/French/Traditional African Cultures, French/Caribbean/Quebec General Studies including socio-political African issues (past and contemporary), Independent readings in French and Wolof (Senegalese dialect).
Research Interests
Francophone literatures and cultures: Sub-Saharan Africa and the Maghreb, French Quebec, Applied Linguistics, Introduction to Literary Analysis, French Civilization, Cultures and Civilizations of French-speaking regions, Topics in Francophone Literature and Culture, Themes in Francophone Literature, Topics in modern French and Francophone Culture.
