The Butler Center Open House
Our Open House invites CC community members to meet The Butler Center staff in “The Butler Center” and visit their offices. We also take time to enjoy appetizers, music, and conversation.
The Student, Faculty, & Staff Mixer
The mixer is a CC-wide opportunity to celebrate the uniqueness of our community with The Butler Center, The Dean's Office, and The Student Life Office – complete with delicious treats, photo slideshow, and an all-around vibrant atmosphere.
The Summit
A presentation prepared and delivered by the Director that addresses The Butler Center’s mission, statement of purpose, and annual programs and activities.
The Craig G. Campbell Lecture
Made possible by the generous gift from Mr. Craig G. Campbell. Mr. Campbell was born in Portland, Oregon on March 28, 1951 and attended Colorado College as a member of the class of 1973. Over the course of his lifetime, Mr. Campbell served as a vibrant advocate for the LGBT community. He arranged for Colorado College to receive an estate gift that assists The Butler Center in its work, specifically investing in LGBTQIA+ initiatives as well as AIDS education.
The Butler Center Annual Awards Banquet
This event punctuates the conclusion of our programs and initiatives for the academic year, and celebrates the achievements of our students, faculty, and staff with deserving recognition.
