U.S. News & World Report rankings are impacted by the amount of alumni participation. CC’s rising rankings positively impact student recruitment. Attracting talented students from all backgrounds helps to strengthen the alumni network, widening the possibilities for CC alumni throughout the world. Achieving 50 percent participation through the campaign will show the world that our students, parents, and alumni are investing in CC’s future.
WHY IT MATTERS The campaign is not only focusing on raising funds for the college; it’s also aiming to lift participation in giving every year among alumni, parents, and friends. Since 2012, the percentage of alumni who make a gift every year to Colorado College has increased steadily. Our goal is to have at least 50 percent of our alumni participate in this campaign.
PARTICIPATION PROGRESS As of September 30, 2020, alumni participation during the campaign is at 44 percent.
