The Office of Parent and Family Engagement at Colorado College will be hosting a series of virtual meetings in July and August to connect with and welcome the parents and families of incoming students. Meetings will be held via Zoom, and will consist of brief introductions plus a Q&A session with a current parent, student, and CC staff member who can offer an inside perspective on navigating and connecting with the Colorado College community. Participants will have the option to share their information with others at the welcome party so they can continue to make personal connections with CC community members in their region of the country. The purpose is not to share institutional information and updates, but rather to share knowledge and insight about navigating the transition to college, and how families can make the most of their connections to the CC community during the next four years and beyond. Parents and families will be able to join smaller breakout rooms to meet and interact with others from your city or region.
